Group Spiritual Direction

What is Group Spiritual Direction?

Group spiritual direction gathers a small circle of participants who accompany one another in attentive listening to the sacred movements present in their lives.

Groups meet in a contemplative rhythm that includes silence, reflection, and shared listening. Within a carefully facilitated space, participants draw upon both personal and

collective wisdom. The group itself becomes a source of insight, encouragement, and spiritual support.

Group spiritual direction fosters trust, openness, and deep connection—offering participants the experience of being accompanied within a community of attentive presence.
