Spiritual companionship is a practice of deep listening—listening to the movements of the soul, the stirrings of the sacred, and the unfolding wisdom within our lives.
For more than twenty years, Ravi Verma has accompanied individuals, spiritual leaders, activists, and communities in cultivating spiritual awareness, discernment, healing, and transformation. Through spiritual companionship, supervision, group spiritual direction and retreats. Ravi creates contemplative spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the sacred dimension of their lives.
Rooted in contemplative traditions and informed by trauma awareness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), this work honors the complexity of human experience and welcomes people from diverse spiritual paths and identities.
This is a space for those who are seeking:
Ravi works with people from many religious/spiritual traditions and with those who identify as spiritual but not religious. His practice is particularly attentive to the experiences of BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA individuals, spiritual leaders, and seekers navigating evolving spiritual paths.
At its heart, this work is about cultivating presence — presence to ourselves, to one another, and to the sacred that moves within and beyond us.
One-on-one accompaniment for those seeking deeper awareness, healing, and discernment in their spiritual lives.
Reflective and supportive supervision for spiritual companions, mentors, and
supervisors.
Contemplative circles that cultivate shared listening, spiritual reflection, and
community.

In a world of urgency and noise, many people long for a place to slow down—
to listen more deeply to their lives,
to the wisdom of the soul,
and to the quiet movements of the sacred.
Spiritual companionship is the practice of creating such space.
For over twenty years, Ravi Verma has accompanied individuals, spiritual leaders,
activists, and communities in cultivating deeper awareness, discernment, healing, and
transformation.
Rooted in contemplative traditions and informed by trauma awareness and Interspiritual/Responding wisdom, this work welcomes people from many faith traditions—and those who walk outside formal traditions altogether.
Together we listen for what is emerging, for what is asking to be healed,
and for the deeper life that is calling us forward.
